  • Most parties provide their own alcohol or have it catered.  Kegs are permitted.  A certified bartender must serve all alcohol. No other alcohol is allowed other than what the caterer/ bartender is serving. You must have your own liability insurance rider in place (see vendors page) and we must have a copy of the insurance in hand no later than one week prior to the event.

What are the parking facilities?

How is clean-up handled?

  • The grounds and barn must be left the way they were found (clean and no damage). If you would rather not have to deal with that, we can provide set-up and clean-up services.
